This corporation is formed for literary and benevolent purposes and in order to hold the real estate and other property of the indiana epsilon chapter of sigma alpha epsilon fraternity located at the university of evansville evansville indiana so that said chapter may be better enabled to transact the business and financial affairs of said chapter to further advance the religious moral literary education of its membership and for purposes otherwise allowed by indiana law.
