The organization is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation, organized to hold title to real property used as a chapter residence for student members of the chapter of sigma chi corporation at the univ. Of cal., santa barbara, and to collect rental income therefrom, and to hold and turn over income, after expenses, to sigma chi fraternity, a tax exempt organization.
