Youth and family mental health education & advocacy programs: provide resilience-based mental wellness programming for teens through the youth mental wellness community outreach practice effort (cope) clinic; engage youth leaders in advocacy, leadership development, and mental health initiatives via the youth advisory council (yac); and offer parent cafs, both in-person and virtual, to educate and equip parents and caregivers with tools for fostering resilience and healthy communication at home.

The silence the shame university (stsu) college ambassador program empowers diverse college students and young adults to serve as mental health advocates on their campuses and communities. Through a six-month leadership training, ambassadors gain skills in peer support, stigma reduction, event organization, and community engagement. The program fosters mental health awareness, supports help-seeking behaviors, and cultivates a network of current and alumni ambassadors committed to improving access to behavioral health resources.
