Silver Maples Inc

Silver maples inc is organized to support the charitable purposes of silver maples of chelsea, a michigan nonprofit corporation, to promote the health and welfare of the elderly by owning and operating, or supporting silver maples of chelsea (and/or any other charitable organization that qualifies as an exempt organization under code section 501(c)(3)) as owner or operator of one or more continuing care communities (as that term is defined in the continuing care community disclosure act, 2014 pa 448) which provide housing which will meet their physical, emotional, recreational, social, financial and health care needs.
