Organizations Primary Purpose Simple Life Missions exists to bring life through hope freedom and joy to others by teaching and replicating these simple things Jesus modeled intimacy with God simple community and healthy identity Describe the organizations program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services as measured by expenses In a clear and concise manner describe the services provided the number of persons benefited and other relevant information for each program title 28 One on One mentoring weekly and bi-weekly spiritual mentoring and encouragement Usually 1-2 hr meetings to discuss faith God and the Bible Total persons benefited 20 Cost to program included in ministry expenses 29 Group coaching and discipleship weekly and bi-weekly spiritual mentoring and encouragement with adults Usually 1-2 hr meetings to discuss faith God marriage relationships and the Bible Total persons benefited 30 Cost to program
