Mission
To train and stimulate women and others in career building, work-life balance, health, arts, and culture. Our mission also working towards strengthening of the family dynamics, through life coaching and guidance. We will build skills and talents in a positive manner.

To address trauma recovery and other mental health improvements, specifically to mediate the high correlation between family adversity, trauma and violence, and subsequent involvement in gun related activity.
Outreach to potential students, entrance screening, technical training, soft skills training, support services, post training placement/referral in Workforce Development programs.
Partner with local schools to recruit and train parents to assist teachers.
Provided resources, education and services for over 1000 clients for COVID-19 testing and other resources
Workforce Investment Solutions of Decatur/Macon County provided a grant to provide training skills for introduction to Health course. These classes provide attendants with the necessary tools to go on to the take the CNA course.
