General programs - general programs are non-discretionary funds received for fee-for-services that are not tied to any specific program. These funds were received from the city of long beach to provide mental health services to persons disproportionately impacted by covid in which indigent black community members of long beach were impacted. We received grant funding from the city of los angeles to provide mental health services, crisis intervention and outreach and engagement to women and girls involved in sex trafficking. We received non-discretionary funding from the liberty hill foundation to provide mental health counseling to women. We received funding from the state of california to provide mental health services to women who have been victims of sexual assault and domestic violence.
