Project rain - (resources, assessment, intensive case management, navigation) involves a contract with the sonoma county behavioral health dept. (scbhd) to deliver adult outpatient behavioral health treatment to sonoma county residents referred directly by scbhd. The project's goal is to assist mental health consumers with serious and persistent mental illness to process clinical/therapeutic issues, develop new skills, or enhance current skills needed to improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential. A total of 269 participants enrolled in project rain during the year.

Project Brighter Path (pbp) funded by the State of Californias Community Reinvestment Grant Program (CalCRG). THE Project serves low-income, formerly incarcerated adults residing in Lake County, California. PBP offers patients job placement services, mental health treatment, substance use disorder treatment, system navigation services and linkages to medical care.

Clinical trials SCR was involved in several trials of medication used in the treatment of mental illness, including medication for adults with post-traumatic stress disorder, adults with major depressive disorder and major depressive episode associated with bipolar disorder, and a study to assess the long-term safety, tolerability, and efficacy of medication to treat schizophrenia.
