Mission
Programs for children with special needs from birth to six. Sparc offers opportunities for family education, participation and support so that familiies may become more knowledgeable about their childs needs and goals are are better able to participate in enhancing their childs development. Whenever possible, children with special needs participate in programs with other children in the community. Sparc strives to help children and families meet their unique challenges and participate fully in their community.

Birth to three program: the birth to three program provides services for children from birth to three years old with significant delays in one of the following skill areas: motor, cognitive, social, adaptive or communication. Services may be provided in the home, community based location or center depending on the needs of the family and the age of the child. Parent and staff develop an individual family service plan ifspto address the families' concerns and child's needs. Each family chooses a family resources coordinator to coordinate services for the family and connect the family with community services.
Other programs, including parent 2 parent program: this program offers emotional support, resources, educational seminars, social, and recreational events for skagit county families whose children have developmental disabilities or ongoing health care needs across their lifespan.
