Mission
The purpose of the organization shall be to enhance the promotion, safety, environmental soundness and public awareness of new hampshire skiing and the image of new hampshire as a diversified winter vacation destination, as well as effect improvements in the areas of insurance, energy consumption, tramway standards and other concerns that are of mutual interest to the member ski areas of new hampshire.

Ski nh hosts an annual meeting, offering educational seminars and an opportunity to network with ski area personnel from across nh, and supplier member companies (those that produce goods & services for ski areas). Ski nh also develops and implements educational updates & training to meet the needs of ski area personnel.
Ski nh monitors state legislative activity and works in collaboration with other industry organizations on bills of interest. Ski nh also develops and enhances relationships with state agencies in an effort to build better communication and understanding between the state and the ski industry.
