To improve the quality of life of the state's citizens through educational programs offered through its colleges. Lctcs strives to increase the opportunities for louisiana's workforce to succeed through skills training programs. And, it works to provide citizens the opportunity to learn continuously. Lctcs is committed to teaching what is needed, when it is needed, and where it is needed within available resources.
