The company historically operated an infrastructure system that included water lines, pumps, pump station, water tank and water meters. The company leased this system to an affiliated not-for-profit organization. During 2021, the infrastructure system was sold to an outside third party. The organization continues to exist in support of utility functions within the business parks of another affiliated not-for-profit organization.
