This is a leadership growth initiative, which develops the next generation of jewish philanthropic leaders to have a positive impact on jewish life. The fellowship is an 18-month transformative journey, that uses the fundamental principles of adaptive leadership to leverage our expertise in educating young jewish philanthropists to become full partners in shaping and leading a continually evolving, vibrant jewish life.
Our collective giving model, givingcircle+, brings peers together to pool financial resources in support of a common issue while engaging in deep learning about the topic. Participants identify a problem, meet with experts, and learn about the issues before collectively deciding where to allocate funds for the greatest impact. This program not only educates our constituents on an issue, but it also moves philanthropic resources and connects like-minded funders.
