To create dramatic and lasting change in the food system by reconnecting americans with the people, traditions, plants, animals, fertile soils and waters that produce our food.
Programs

Our community programs revolve around our food ethos denver (fed) workshops that teach community members traditional and sustainable food & gardening techniques that they can do to become more conscious consumers in the denver food system. In 2024, 277 community members attended our workshops and we partnered with 28 local organizations and businesses. In addition, the snail of approval award program assesses and awards restaurants, farms, and organizations based on their practices of good, clean, and fair food for all. In 2024, we awarded 12 organizations.
