To enhance the educational experience of the students of smalley elementary school by subsidizing instructive enrichment programs and to provide financial support for student activities. In addition, to help fost a sense of community and cooperation among the student body by sponsoring social gatherings and events aimed at bringing students, parents, and teachers together.
