The Corporation is organized primarily to conduct and promote comprehensive basic and applied research of contemporary education issues whuch include or are not limited to prespectives from information technology data analysis government anthropology law history fine arts medicine science economics commerce and philosophy. This includes recommendations regarding related policy impacts that would be useful to the individual and beneficial to the community.

Applied Research Project with Riverside COUNTY California. SDI continued to partner with Riverside County California to implement the SMART MoBEE platform to transfer the jurisdiction into a Smart Community. SMART MoBee helps transform the community into a Smart Community by allowing your citizend to easily access community specific information workflow portlas and services right at their fingertips through their mobil devices using our Sustainable Mobile Agile Resilent Technology SMART Framework.

Various Applied Research Projects that include white papers in: 1 Addressing the Shortage of Caregivers For the Aging Population of the United States; 2 Philippine Commercial Airline Pilots To Fill The Pilot Shortage Gap in the United States; 3 Addressing Human Capital and The Human Element Challenges Faced by Global Maritine Professional through The Triple Helix Collaboration and Digital Transformation Through a One-Stop Mobile App.

Applied Research Project: Project Rise Resiliency Improvement Support and Education with nonprofit partners in Manila The Philippines. Project Rise aims to address the low level disaster preparation capacity among communities in the region. The objective of Project RISE is to develop and implement disaster preparedness programs. Lessons learned from such programs could be adopted for use in various coastal areas of the United States as a means of preparing citizens for climate driven disasters.
