The primary mission of smith psychological services inc. Is to provide public mental health services for local government agencies. Sps provides assessment services for local intermediate care facilities (icfs), which house and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (id/dd). Sps also provides psychological assessment services for parents who are involved with child protective services (cps) and the local departments of human services (dhs).
