Mission
The snohomish affordable housing group was organized in november 1991 for the purpose of developing, constructing, maintaining and managing affordable housing in and around the city of snohomish. The organization's objective is to bring together the skills and compassion that exists in snohomish in a local community effort to produce modest housing for their less fortunate neighbors without government funding.

Senior housing: 21 unit senior-specific affordable housing project. Designed to serve senior citizens in the city of snohomish.
Tucker place: 21 unit apartment project is occupied by seniors, families with children, and disabled individuals with income at or below 50% of the median county income.
First street: 18 unit apartment project is occupied by seniors, families with children, and disabled individuals with income at or below 50% of the median county income.
