The Corporation is a not-for-profit corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Oklahoma effective July 12, 2018, with a purpose to engage in any lawful act or activity for which corporations may be organized under the general corporation law of Oklahoma, but limited or subject to the specific purposes set forth in the Articles of Incorporation.
