Education services: we led an "awareness campaign for missing and murdered indigenous women, girls, and two-spirit relatives" to bring advocacy and education on services and resources available for impacted families. This was the first campaign its kind in los angeles county that brought visibility to the diversity of our community including impacted families and relatives impacted by violence. We also facilitated educational trainings for partner organizations working with native american and indigenous communities and staff members. Total number of individuals impacted by educational services is 41,700.

Expenses: $279K

Leadership services: we provided professional development training on (1) conflict resolution, (2) human resources and hiring practices, (3) project budget management, (4) public speaking, (5) sexual orientation and gender identity, (6) national indian child welfare act services, (7) managing projects, and (8) wellness in the workplace. Through investment in these specific training opportunities, we have positioned our team members to identify opportunities for growth related to their specific roles and have strengthened capacity for our work in community.
