The Screenagers Documentary Film Series address teenage mental health and substance use in the digital age. The Screenagers initiative provides information and resources that help parents and students overcome significant roadblocks to learning and adopt life skills that are crucial to students realizing their full potential in school, the workplace, and life. The Screenagers Films model brings parents, teens, educators, and other professionals to open conversations about mental health that spark meaningful change. Parents leave better prepared to support their childrens emotional needs, and young people gain practical strategies to face todays challenges. In 2024, SEL4SC presented 16 screenings of Screenagers documentary films at schools, churches, and other venues across South Carolina
