The organization's retail incubator is a 12-week program designed for retail enterpreneurs prepared to launch their business. The course includes weekly seminars, peer learning, mentorship and guest speakers, as well as access to coworking space and coaching. The 2024 retail incubator supported 10 businesses, and culminated in a popup sales event in hartford. The floor-plan retail activation initiative is a partnership with breakfast lunch & dinner reaching over 300 businesses in 2024.

The organization's impact accelerator offers an in-depth, multi-month experience for enterpreneurs growing their businesses. The course includes intensive seminars, mentorship, coworking space and coaching, and opportunities to pitch to investors. The 2024 impact accelerator supported 10 businesses, with 14 entrepreneurs represented in the cohort. 27 volunteers provided over 60 hours of mentorship and guest lectures as part of the program.
