Mission

Social Impact Partners ("SIP") is an innovative nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the opportunity divide in Connecticut by expanding pathways to living wage jobs and economic mobility for all, working with partners across the nonprofit, business, higher education, and government sectors, at the local and statewide level, to address critical gaps in early childhood care and education, strengthen public higher education's capacity to support pathways to living-wage careers, and redesign workforce development to meet 21st century challenges. SIP's vision is a thriving Connecticut where every person has equitable access to a high-quality education and sustainable livelihood.
