Social Impact Properties

Social enterprise properties provides real estate development support services* (see schedule o for organization mission statement continuation) and a land banking program for enterprises addressing the social determinants of health in a community. Sep directly or indirectly conducts needs assessments, due diligence support, and provides required supporting resources and financial intermediary or fiscal sponsorship services. Sep provides land banking services through wholly owned benefit limited liability companies to facilitate the acquisition and/or development of supporting social purpose real estate facilities to be owned by social enterprises, community benefit and similarly defined organizations addressing the social determinants of health in a community.
