The mission of the Houston Texas SMOM is to provide quality and much needed services to the residents of the east end and surrounding areas. Increasing social and recreational opporutnities amoung low income home-bound and youth through the creation of financiallly viable enterprise that provides them basic survival tools and social skills. To organize programs such as "Thanksgiving in the Bario" which proves for hot meas to feed the poor. To provide programs such as "Christmas Baskets" for poor and low-income families disabled individuals and unemployed. To organize programs suc has the "Health Fair which offers screening and education and hot meals for the poor low income and unisured.
