Education; Policy; Equity, Inclusion & Diversity; and Student & Chapters Services - Members (~1200) benefit from SCBNA guidance and initiatives including trainings, guidance/collaboration on policy statements and recommendations, and other opportunities to strengthen the conservation science professional community at the local, national and continental levels. Activities included spring and early summer workshops alongside professional development webinars in mid-fall. Such workshops were well-attended and were made available on the organization's website for future viewing. In preparation for NACCB 2024, the organization continued to build on their support of student-led Chapters across the region and developed initiatives to maximize conference accessibility for attendees.
