The SAME Mission "To promote and facilitate engineering support for national security by developing and enhancing relationships and competencies among uniformed services, public- and private-sector engineers and related professionals, and by developing future engineers through outreach and mentoring."

Scholarship Programs and Direct Educational Support: Periodic and ongoing transfer of excess revenue to the NYC Post SAME Scholarship Fund Inc. (EIN 13-610168). Funds are periodically deposited into an inviolate principle, proceeds of which are used to fund annual college scholarships to students of engineering and related sciences -AND- Educational Delivery: Donation to the SAME/ USAF Engineering and Construction Camp. Select high school students who are interested in a career in engineering and service to the country. The program is jointly hosted by the US Air Force Academy and the Society of American Military Engineers. (1 Lump Sum).
