Certification - enhance ideas and careers of valuation engineers through certified value specialist (cvs) and value methodology associate (vma) certification programs. Cvs certification is the highest level certification, recognizing individuals who have met all certification requirements, both technically and experientially, and whose principal careers are value engineering. Vma certification recognizes those individuals who have decided to become professional value engineeers but have not yet acquired all the experience of technical skills expected of a cvs.
