Society Of Broadcast Engineers

To promote the field of broadcast engineering and advance the professional careers of its members through educational programs, certification of qualifications and experience, frequency coordination and recognition of achievement. The society seeks to foster interaction among members and with others in the field of broadcast engineering and support our members by protecting broadcasters' licensed use of broadcast spectrum. Further, the society works to improve the image and standing of broadcast engineers by working with other industry groups and representing members' interest with appropriate state and federal agencies, departments and legislative bodies.
