Center for specialty chemical science (cscs llc):represents chemical-specific consortia focused on addressing scientific, regulatory, and technical issues of common interest to the specialty chemical industry. Cscs manages the use and oversight of all consortia studies completed by and commissioned through socma over the last four decades.
