The purposes for which the corporation is organized include, but are not limited to, the following: to provide a learning environment for distinguished physician leaders and key colleagues to advance the understanding of healthcare management, personal leadership effectiveness, and to create a network of trust for addressing the shared challenges of improving health, care, and the health sciences, including only the conduct of activities that may be conducted by an organization described under section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding provision of any future united states internal revenue law (the "code"), and the receiving of membership fees and expending such sums for such purposes.
