Thrift stores - the council operates four thrift stores where donated clothing and household items are distributed free of charge or sold at nominal cost.

In august 2022 a red cross disaster grant was received to fund the national disaster services house in the box to 350 families affected by the december 2021 tornado in western kentucky. This grant will continue until march 2024 when it ends and we would have helped all 350 families.

Our organization started collecting funds to help support victims of the december 2021 tornados in western kentucky. We are dispersing these funds to survivors as they are needed.
