Council funds are used to provide emergency shelter for homeless families and single men and women in collaboration with other local professional service agencies who provide case management services to rehab the homeless to achive independent living. Transportation for homeless residents in our shelters through taxi tickets and gasoline gift cards to allow them to go to jobs, job interviews, medical appointments, etc.
