The purpose of this exempt org. Is to have an annual dinner on st. Patrick's day for members & guests, honor a member of the l. A. Community deserving of recognition for outstanding services & promote camaraderie; & to donate a portion of excess funds raised annually to various charities.

Luncheons, gatherings, and meetings are organized for the 85 members to congregate and meet one another, to create camaraderie, to be educated by the guest speakers and to discuss event planning.
The annual president's party takes place for the members of the friendly sons of st. Patrick of los angeles to honor the current president for all that he has done to fortify the exempt purpose of the society by creating forums for fellow members of the society to meet one another and then to donate to charity.
