Erf-3-r(encampment resolution funding)grant ca state grant to provide outreach projects to address permanent housing for persons who are experiencing homelessness by providing temp emergency shelter while transitioning into permanant housing. Sho is providing professional outreach services to approximately 100 individuals including as many permanent housing services as we can implement. Grant funds received after fiscal year.
Calfresh grant provided monies through humboldt county to provide temporary shelter and supportive services to eligible individuals who are experiencing homelessness and to assist with signing up for calfresh benefits as well as directing them to other agencies who can provided other personal services and assistance.
Emergency services and warming center - grants funded by humboldt county to provide temporary shelter and warming center during the winter extreme cold. Also conducted outreach services
