Housing services - sojourner house works with families to identify unique barriers to securing permanent housing. Families receive case management in the areas of housing, employment, job training, budgeting, parenting, and financial literacy. Sojourner house has developed strong community partnerships with various organizations that provide onsite workshops and resources to support the growth and well-being of the families we serve. Once a family secures permanent housing sojourner house provides stabilization services for up to two years to ensure the family has a seamless transition into their new home and community.
