Escondido union high school district-sole (step out lead everyday)effects is a youth leadership and wellness program. The program uses guided lessons combining both a workbook and digital content to teach the lessons. Students are trained to guide small group discussions. Students use the workbooks to set goals, track progress,and monitor their success. The focus of the program is for the ninth grade students,however,students at younger and older grades can also benefit.
