Solid Sports Program Inc

The corporation is a non-profit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding sections of any future Federal Tax Code. The purpose of the Corporation is to eliminate recreational poverty by providing disadvantaged youth with sports education and training to enhance the quality of life and expand opportunity for poor children.
