We are building power in community and through process. In short, we provide scientists-both early career and established pi's-the support they need to effect change. By focusing on relationship building, communication, and teamwork to solve complex problems.

Immunoskamania conference - immunoskamania 2024, a conference to gather senior faculty, principal investigators, and other notable people in the immunology and cancer therapy fields to convene around making science better, and in particular, discussing ways senior scientists in academia can use their power to change the culture of science. It was co-sponsored by ucsf and solving for science, and grants were given for travel to ensure some key people could attend who otherwise could not have made the trip.
