SBAOA provides education, cultural, & life skills training programs in an effort to promote self-sufficiency within & among individuals & families comprising not only the Somali Bantu community, but all refugees, immigrants & low-income families & individuals in need of service.
Programs

The Individual Development Accounts (IDA)Program helps refeguees and other Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR)eligible population save toward an asset that will help increase financial independence. The program helps refugees understand what assets are, how the U.S. Financial system works, and how to manage their money. We served 125 individuals over four years.
The Clearpath Afghan program provides Afghan refugee population critical services to assist them in becoming integrated members of American society. We served 319 individuals over two years.
Other programs including: RFCCMED-WE DREAM, ESAVN, ELL IET, and Youth Mentoring.
