Mission
The mission statement of SNBL is as follows: We are a diverse group of concerned citizens working to improve Kensington. We want to train community leaders and build positive relationships among neighbors, blocks, businesses, and institutions. We do this by cooperating with each other, government agencies, and other organizations.

During this past summer (August 27) we organized a Multicultural Event where neighbors had the opportunity of get to know each others and share community resources, as well food and entertainment for children and adults.
