To provide homeless and near homeless individuals and families with individualized supportive services

Programs

Project soup: operated emergency food service program for local community. Responded to over 12,000 visits and distributed 58,412 food packages. Delivered 3,424 food packages to elderly and homebound within the community. Served over 9,500 meals. Total food services benefitted 4,545 people, including 1,844 households.

Adult shelter: operated 16 bed adult emergency homeless shelter; provided over 4,900 shelter bed nights; sheltered 38 individuals; 12 individuals moved into permanent housing.

Engagement center, coordinated entry, and street outreach: served 412 homeless individuals through our engagement center, coordinated entry, and street outreach programs. Provided outreach to the unsheltered homeless population. Provided food, water, clothing, temporary shelter, housing search, case management, referrals. Of the clients assisted through the engagement center, coordinated entry, and street outreach, 29 individuals were placed in permanent housing.homelessness prevention: provided homelessness prevention services (eviction prevention or assistance with relocating) to 347 households consisting of 784 people.
