Mission

Song Rise Arts is a nonprofit that provides trauma-informed spaces for underserved communities to find healing through creative practices. We nurture essential social and emotional skills and build resiliency by creating safe spaces for our students to tell their story. Through our programs for women veterans and transition age youth (14-26) from underserved communities, we offer songwriting classes, mentorship, one-on-one lessons, access to industry professionals, recording experience, performance opportunities and barrier-eliminating support such as stipends and transportation to foster equity, improve well-being and lift outcomes for all.
