Creative Sonoma - The Creative Sonoma program awarded grants in three separate grant programs: the Arts Education Framework Grants awarded to five school districts, the Arts and Cultural Equity Fellowship Grants awarded to creative artists and leaders, and the ArtSurround Placemaking and Public Art Grants awarded to thirteen artists. Additionally, funding supported the development of a county-wide public art plan, as well as a variety of workshops and professional development for local artists and non-profit organizations. These activities were primarily funded using grants received by The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and Manitou Fund.

Research Initiatives - $27,190This program funded Business Development Tools to help local businesses recognize current industry trends, find new target markets and customer bases, and research site selection data. Sponsor-supported funding allows these reports to be offered free of charge to local businesses.
