Sons And Daughters Of Saint Louis

We are a collective of collaborating consultants with expertise in organizational strategy, program design, change management, and inclusive partnerships. We are unified by three core themes: (1) a love of Saint Louis; (2) a belief that individuals and communities with "lived experience" must be included in social impact decision-making; (3) the knowledge that 'opportunity gaps' are interconnected in nature, and will continue to persist if our solutions do not begin taking this into account. Provide capacity-building consulting services to community hubs, nonprofits, and civic initiatives to enhance their effectiveness and sustainability. We currently offer two different service types: civic projects and traditional contracted client projects. Uniquely, we embed equity-centered community engagement and collaborative impact practices into our project management processes and deliverables.
