Established our forwardemployment opportunities program. Through this program individuals of all abilities learn and gain skills necessary for work, and we see them partner with community businesses to help each individual find a career that suits them abilities learn and gain skills necessary for work and then partner with community businesses to help each individual find a careeer that suits them estabished our workshop and classes program. Through this program, individuals of all abilities create lifelong friendships, peer mentorship and gain more independence through social, recrational and everyday skills events established cafe soul program. Through this community outreach program, individuals of all abilities get to help other individuals in need through creating care packages and visitation programs
