Mission
Soulformation is a spiritual formation and direction organization that exists for the wholeness of christian leaders. Through the creation of transformational relational environments, we seek to partner with the holy spirit in god's work of transforming leaders as they transform the world. Soulformation carries out this mission through three primary programs; an academy of spiritual formation, a school of spiritual direction and a community of spiritual directors.

School of spiritual direction soulformation school of spiritual direction is rooted in the tradition of ignatian spirituality and trains students in the art of spiritual direction through advanced teaching, direct engagement in spiritual direction, regular peer interaction in triads, and group supervision. Students journey together in a cohort of 30, engaging in a rich process of exploration, reflection, and applied spiritual direction.
Community of spiritual directors the soulformation community of spiritual directors (csd) exists to support, equip, encourage and foster connections between graduates of soulformation's school of spiritual direction who are called to the ministry of spiritual direction. Consisting of graduates from 8 cohorts of the school of spiritual direction, the csd is a vibrant community of spiritual directors thoughout the pnw and across the us and canada. Members can participate in an annual community retreat, periodic enrichment and learning events, in-person regional gatherings, and supervision by trained supervisors.
