To train adults in the methods and philosophy of Waldorf Education, to graduate teachers to supply the growing needs of Waldorf Schools in the Pacific Northwest, and to provide adult education on the principles of Anthroposophy and Waldorf Education.

Leading With Spirit Leading with Spirit is designed to support administrative leadership in Waldorf Schools and Collaborative Institutions across the continent. It includes three one-week summer intensives that can be taken separately or as part of a two-year part-time program with monthly mentoring, research projects, independent study, and participation in online collegial seminars.
