South Bay Athletic Club

Our mission is to build opportunity and access to sports through building community access and engagement. We are dedicated to building interest and opportunity in athletics for all ages. We believe in a fulll circle approach where today's elite inteact directly with up and comers to inspire and engage the next generation. We host training in all the track and field throws events at our wilmington location. This includes lifting, throwing, and all accessory exercises at least three times a week. We also hold competitions for high school through elite athletes. Access to training is free for anyone in the local wilmington area. Finally, we operate in conjunction with local boys and girls clubs where we bring college athletes to spend time showing the young athletes the benefits of sports participation.
