SCACAP is a statewide nonprofit community-based organization that aims to develop and support programs to promote self-sufficiency and improve the quality of life for income eligible children youth individuals and families.

Diaper D.A.S.H: This project is administered through the South Carolina Association of Community Action Agencies Inc. This program is more than just Diapers. It is aimed to increase self -sufficiency for Low income families and children through meeting an immediate need of diapers and connecting participants with services tailored toward their social needs.
